4. What's your best "on the bike" moment? Winning the Friday Night 1/2 Race at Tulsa Tough 2014 

5. What's your best "off the bike (real life)" moment? Watching my kids develop and grow 

6. What are your non-bike hobbies? Riding motorcycles, flying kites, and cooking

Colt Shipman

Started in February 2015

2. How long have you been in the industry?
My first job in a bike shop was in 2005, but I've been around bikes all of my life.

3. What's your favorite type of riding?
I enjoy mountain biking the most if I just want to go on a ride. If I'm racing my favorite discipline is definitely criterium racing.

4. What's your best "on the bike" moment?
My only top podium result, which happened at the Dallas Matrix race. I stuck a 7 lap solo breakaway.

5. What's your best "off the bike (real life)" moment?
Winning the Western Championships while playing for Tulsa Rugby.

6. What are your non-bike hobbies?
Painting, drawing, and cooking.

7. Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Houston, Texas. I moved to Tulsa when I was 12 and I've been here ever since.

David Billingsly

3. What's your favorite type of riding? Road or mountain as long as its with friends

4. What's your best "on the bike" moment?
When I won my first Pro 1/2 Criterium, July 4th, Dallas, TX 1981

5. What's your best "off the bike (real life)" moment?
Marrying my true love Susan in 1982

6. What are your non-bike hobbies?
Restoring vintage motorcycles and riding Enduro motorcycles

7. Where did you grow up?
Born and raised in Tulsa,OK

Can't pick just one, I love it all!

Working with Team Soundpony to get the win at the OKC Pro-Am.

The birth of my kids

Hanging out with my family, motorcycles, and fishing

Grant Billingsly

Street, Park, Fixed Gear and mountain biking.

Anytime I clean a super technical section of trail or a smooth jump

Any time spent with family & friends

Fishing, riding motorcycles, and gardening

Jason Broadaway

2. How long have you been in the industry?
My first shop "job" was sweeping up at Stoney's Bike Shop in 1985-86. I mostly got in his way and he was nice enough to let me hang around. I got my first real shop job in 1995 and have been doing it ever since.

3. What's your favorite type of riding?
I spend most of my time on the road, but I've raced BMX, Mountain bikes, and Cyclocross in the past. Love 'em all!

4. What's your best "on the bike" moment?
Riding 300 miles across Arkansas in under 24 hours with Sally.

5. What's your best "off the bike (real life)" moment?
Getting married and becoming a father for sure, but if I have to pick a particular moment it would be watching my daughter learn to surf in Santa Cruz, CA on her 10th birthday. Watching her catch her first wave was incredible.

6. What are your non-bike hobbies?
Hanging out with my family, reading, and tinkering with my motorcycle.

7. Where did you grow up?
Born in Northeast Arkansas, with short stints in California, Arizona, and Nevada. Now Tulsa is home!

Jake Lasley

2. How long have you been in the industry?
23 Years

3. What's your favorite type of riding?
I can't put my finger on my favorite type of riding - I really enjoy riding new single track in far away places but there is also something to be said about feeling the sting in your legs and the wind on your face on long solo road rides.

4. What's your best "on the bike" moment?
When I surprised myself and everyone else by winning the UCI Nittany Lion Cross race.

5. What's your best "off the bike (real life)" moment?
That's an easy one - any time with my children

6. What are your non-bike hobbies?
In my time away from the shop and riding I like to get in a little fishing, restoring Land Cruisers and oddly enough physical labor.

7. Where did you grow up?
I was born in southern Oklahoma, raised in Newalla, a short stint outside of Richmond, Va, followed up by Broken Arrow.

Ronnie Cookson

Since 2004

2. How long have you been in the industry?
12 years and the 3 months building bikes at The Bike Shop in Ormond Beach, Florida, which was a few years before I started at Midtown Bicycles.

3. What's your favorite type of riding?
Mountain biking

4. What's your best "on the bike" moment?
Racing for Team Soundpony up Cry Baby Hill.

5. What's your best "off the bike (real life)" moment?
Being at Cry Baby Hill, and cheering for Team Soundpony!

6. What are your non-bike hobbies?
There are none. Cycling consumes my life when the work is done.

7. Where did you grow up?
Tahlequah, Oklahoma, capital of the Cherokee Nation.

Getting to ride the Blue Ridge Parkway from end-to-end. It's the most beautiful road I've ever ridden.

Marrying my wife - best decision I've ever made.

Travelling with my wife
