"What is that?" lit up our social media channels when Tao Geoghegan Hart wore a prototype of this base layer up and over the Stelvio on his way to winning the 2020 Giro d'Italia. Those conditions highlight where this piece excels: it provides a surprising amount of warmth by pulling moisture away from the body, keeping you warm always, but the mesh construction means it's not too hot. Great under a jersey for high intensity, or for layering under a jacket. - Merino wool mesh mixed with nylon for strength and elastane for stretch - Minimalist finishing at collar, wrist, and waist for minimal bulk - Reglan sleeve to avoid seam on shoulder under bib strap - Woven scorpion logo label at side collar

There's no reason to accept a mediocre short just because you want to wear baggies. This liner is made for ultimate comfort under your baggies. First and foremost, this short features the top-of-the-line Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad. The pad has two separate components: a soft, stretchy skin care layer that coddles your skin, and a separate cushioning layer with dual-density foam and gel pads for progressive damping. The best pad is worthless if moves around, so we've constructed the hip area in our compressive force fabric, which holds the pad in place while providing good ventilation. The legs are light and airy with perforated fabric to keep you cool and are held in place by our gauze-like giro air elastic. The beauty of this leg construction is that you can adjust the length to your preference-so they're long enough to keep your baggy short from rubbing against your leg, for example. Likewise, the top of the short is an exercise in minimalism. The front of the thin bib straps is an open knit that lets air flow right through, while the back is also narrow to stay cool. However, we reinforce the yoke so the straps stay in the right place and don't bunch up. On the back, just above the height of the waist of your baggy, there are three pockets so you can wear this short with a t-shirt and still have space to stash your gear. - Progetto X2 air seamless pad for long rides and rough trails - 170 g force fabric through hips to keep pad in place - Perforated leg panels are light for maximum ventilation and cooling - Giro air leg grippers are cool and hold legs in place - Minimalist bib straps as found on free aero RC bibshort - 3 rear pockets sit above waistband of baggy shorts
